VGA on Spartan 3E starter kit

My brother gave me his Spartan 3E Starter Kit. I started playing with it to develop some app. One of the first thing that I really wanted to try was to get some output of the VGA. Wrote a code in Verilog. The code generates a VGA Test Pattern.

The code has two modes, one is the test pattern generation mode and the other is the color fill display mode, which can be altered by switching slider switch SW0 on the board. In Color Fill Mode the push button BTN_SOUTH can be used to cycle through the various colors.

As this is one of the first working Verilog codes that I wrote, it may not be very efficient. The code can be download here.
